Paid mock-test access has been retired
CitizenReady does not currently accept payments for mock tests. Tests 1–20 for each of the U.S., Canada, UK and Australia are open to everyone.
No purchase means no refund request is needed
Because the current service does not charge for access, there is no CitizenReady test purchase to cancel, renew or refund. Sign-in is optional and does not create a subscription.
If you see an unfamiliar charge
CitizenReady should not appear as a charge for mock-test access. If you believe a payment has been represented as a CitizenReady charge, contact your card issuer or payment provider promptly and report the details through tracked support. Do not send full card numbers, security codes, identity documents or citizenship case facts.
How free access is supported
A clearly labelled third-party advertisement may be displayed after a completed mock test. Ads never change a score, and clicking, viewing or waiting through an ad is not required to see results. See the privacy notice for advertising and consent details.
Future changes
If CitizenReady introduces a paid product in the future, the exact product, seller details, total price, refund terms and required consent will be published before any payment is accepted. A future paid feature will not create a retroactive charge for tests already taken.
